Hello! We bought one of these for our daughter for her birthday, and sadly it turned up very slightly damaged. After getting in contact with the company we bought it from they sent us a brand new one free of charge, and let us keep the damaged one as a way of apology. As the damage is minor we are keeping it and selling the brand new one. It has never been played with and the packaging was only opened to ensure that all pieces were there and in good order.
